Outsourcing Information
Accurate Business Systems will use the same expertise that was used to create PortMan to out-source your Schedule D portfolio responsibilities at our offices.
We will make arrangements with your custodial bank and/or your investment advisor to have all information concerning your investment portfolio sent to us. From this information we will:
| 1 | Enter all transactions into PortMan. |
| 2 | Provide you with double-entry GL reports to update your accounting system |
| 3 | Update the version of PortMan at your office so you can run your reports and examine your data. |
| 4 | Provide you with all of the data needed to complete your annual statement. |
| 5 | Allow you to concentrate on your core business. |
