Outsourcing Information

Accurate Business Systems will use the same expertise that was used to create PortMan to out-source your Schedule D portfolio responsibilities at our offices.  

We will make arrangements with your custodial bank and/or your investment advisor to have all information concerning your investment portfolio sent to us. From this information we will:

    1. Enter all transactions into PortMan.

    2. Provide you with double-entry GL reports to update your accounting system

    3. Update the version of PortMan at your office so you can run your reports and
        examine your data.

    4. Provide you with all of the data needed to complete your annual statement.

    5. Allow you to concentrate on your core business.

Our outsourcing prices can be comparable to the price our competitors charge just to use their system.
